Go to; www.bsaoptics.com for the manual and parts.
You do not say if the WINDAGE Adjustment KNOB is 'broken' or what? If you have dropped it or somehow broken it, it's unlikely that you will be able to repair it yourself, in which case I refer you again to BSA.
If there's nothing wrong with the scope or your rifle, and you are simply having difficulty getting a good ZERO, I can help you with that, just respond and let me know.
Good luck. :)

Cannot set wind age and elevation on a Nikon pro staff riflescope (not enough adjustment )

Check you mounts. If mounted properly you should have enough. if they are not moving at all you have prob broken the fine wires that form the crosshairs.

Which direction do you turn windage and elevation

To raise the point of impact, turn the elevation screw counterclockwise. To shift left, turn windage screw clockwise. If you raise the horizontal cross hair you will lower the point of impact of the bullet. If you move the vertical cross hair to the right the shot placement will go to the left. Make small adjustments tap the scope with a screwdriver handle to give it a shock, not to hard to help move the cross hairs and try to bore sight first. Hope this helps Fix ya up.

Hi, just bought a Hawke Varmint II 4-16x44 AO. I started searching for the zero point, before I mounted it on the rifle Itself. Because I wanted to make a bigger adjustments from the mounts when bore...

The Hawke comes with a good, lifetime warranty.
They are reported to be fast and fair about these things.
The best thing you can do is send it back and they will fix it or replace it.

Have no idea how to set up the sight on my air gun

I don't have this particular model. Chances are, those are not "knobs" but caps. Remove the caps as you would remove the caps from a pill bottle. Underneath, you should find the adjustment dials for windage and elevation,

Simmons 8x32-44ao rifle scope

Is that the "Prairie Master"? I think Simmons is pretty uniform in that range of scopes--elevation adjustment should be the top dial and windage is on the side. The zoom locking ring should be in front of the eyepiece, with the zoom ring just forward of that.

Windage fully clockwise "In" and not quite there at 100 yds.

remount the scope using millett angle lock rings that allow you to adjust for windage. bring the scope as close to hitting bulls eye as possible then use the scopes adjustments for the fine tuning. before remounting you will want to recenter the reticule.

I just bought a rifle with one on it. exactly how

the adjustment on the front eye PC is your zoom.
for your wind edge you have a series of numbers.
some scopes differ some read 5,10,15,etc
some read 1,2,3,4 etc, the # are estimated wind speed, left or right.if the wind isn't blowing set it on 0.
for your elevation you will have a series of #'s
50,75,100,etc.this is your yard edge sight it in at 75 yrd's and if what your shooting at is 100 yards just turn the knob to the correct setting.good luck
