Question about MP3 & Digital Media Players

1 Answer

Imperfect product i recently aquired a sandisk 2 gig clip, from a branch of currys in burnley lacashire, firstly the player said there was a fault with instalation, shortly after the player got hot and stopped functioning completely, currys refused to replace the product,i am far from satisfied with the product, dont ask me to post it to you as i live in birmingham, and was told to return it to the branch i purchased it from, which i did so the cost of doing so far excedes the value of the player,i insist you resolve this problem as soon as possible,if not i shall be forced to set up a web site to tell other customers of your lack of co-operation yours truly mr k a peach.

I recently aquired a Skandisk MP3 player with no manual and how to use it. I don't know how to download music or anything else except how to listen to the radio. Can you help?

The information from the following website will probably be the same for your MP3 player.
Go to this website to download the user manual:

Good Luck, I hope this helps

Not working 1gb sansa clip

What does that mean - "music db" ? I put all of my music on my 1 Gig and it works great. I put all Harry Potters audio books on my 8 GIG and still have 1.5 gig left for music.

Sandisk clip

Call Sandisk at 1-866-726-3475, or get a broken player off of eBay for low cost and just swap out clips. Now, there is a plastic piece that holds the clip into place - that plastic piece didn't break off, did it? If so, you must replace the entire player.

Can't download songs

First, reset.
If that fails, then try to download the Sansa Connect Recovery Tool from:
http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1532
If that still fails, upgrade the firmware from the Sansa website
If that fails, uninstall the software from the installation CD and reinstall it from the Sansa website.

Icon doesn't show up in my computer

Do a firmware upgrade first. If not allowed, then download the Sansa Connect Recovery Tool from:
http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1532

"Safely remove hardware" is a normal function of Windows - it allows you to disconnect your Mp3 player without messing it up (unplugging any mp3 player while it is still "thinking" is the number one reason for mp3 player failure - always be patient with mp3 players, and try to always use the Safely Remove Hardware feature of Windows).
