Problem for Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2005 for PC
I cannot renew my subscription
On 5 Dec 08 (read 07 Dec) I received an email from "Renewals - Trend Micro Security...", telling me my Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 14 expires 4 Jan 09, and gave me 3 different opportunities to "click here" to renew. I tried all three in turn and received the same message that "Phishing Filter cannot check this website because the Microsoft online service is temporarily unavailable." I have tried every day since then, with the same results.
What do I do now, coach. Must I turn off the Automatic Website Checking? Change Phishing Filter settings? Is this something you can fix at your end?
