Question about IOGear GCS632U 2-port KVM Switch
I hooked my new Iogear 2-port switch up & couldn't even get an indicator light. I called Iogear & he told me it was a bad switch. I took it back & got another one. No luck. I'm using Vista one one & XP on another.
Any suggestions before I throw in the towel?
Jerk_shop is correct, the GCS632U does get the power it needs to function from the USB ports of the computers it is attached to. Make sure the USB portion of the KVM cable is plugged directly into a computer without the use of any USB to PS/2 adapters. You will also want to make sure that at least one computer is turned in order for this KVM to function.
