Question about Panasonic Home Theater System System
I have a new Sony Bravia TV & new Sony home theater. I have a HDMI going from my cable box to my TV and a HDMI cable going from my combination DVD/CD Player Home Theater to my TV. I also have run an optical audio cord from my Home Theater to my TV. While my DVDs play fine and the surround sound speakers work fine, I have been unable to get my TV (stations) to play through my home theater. I have read mixed posts. Some have implied that the digital audio cord is all I need and I must have a setting incorrect. Others say that the HDMI cable from the TV to the cable box should be all I need. Still others indicate that I need to run some other type of additional audio cord from the TV to the cable box. Any help would be greatly appreciated - Thanks!
