Can't use phone feature

First, stop using Internet Explorer - use Chrome or Firefox, but thats not really relevant..
Check your connection settings in Internet Explorer, Tools, Options, Internet Options, Connections and remove the dial-up settings and configure your LAN settings as needed

you can take the battery and the back off the device and place in completely submerged in a bag of white rice and leave it in there for 1 to 2 days this will help absorb the moisture, this should fix it if the water did not damage the circut boards if the water damaged the circut boards then the device is fried

My suggestion if you have Sprint, go to their corporate store. They charged me $35 for a new phone. I did not have their $7 a month warrenty... but I do now. The only thing they will not do is replace the phone if it was in water.

you can do a hard reset to unlock it, but this will delete all the info off the device

when thru the settings one by one just to find it was a hardware issue and even after I fixed the problem the problem returned right after a soft reset having phone replaced to

Press both the right and left softkeys on the front of the phone while you are pressing the 'soft' reset button on the bottom of the phone. Press Y and then the space bar, let the phone reset and follow prompts, after 3 seconds, it will install the sprint software. I recommend a soft reset after that. Sync, and you're ready to go again!

push the two - buttons along with the power and soft reset button.
