Question about Sprint Vision PPC-6700 Smartphone
I have a sprint ppc 6700 and i cannot use the phone feature i rebooted the phone and now the phone is off and it says must be connected to a wireless radio to use phone. how can i fix this sprint tech support did not help
Hard reset the phone - do this by syncing first, then hard reset the phone by:
1 taking out the battery,
2 then reinserting WHILE holding down the send and end buttons. 3 then re-sync your info back on and...voila!
