If you want to change to a new monitoring company (central station) simply call a local alarm company and they will come out and reprogram your control. If you need to change additional information let me know and I can help you get into the programming.

Hi Simon Is there a problem deleting or is it that you just don't know how to do it?
If it's the former you need to supply a bit more info. If it's the latter then it's very easy.
Highlight the file you want to delete, right-click and select move to trash (second item down).
This moves the file to the trash but doesn't delete it.
Next you can right-click on the trash icon in the dock and choose Empty trash or go to the finder menu and select empty trash from there. After that your files should have been deleted from the maxtor.
Simple eh?

you will need to reset the house code. it should be listed in the owners manual on how to do this.

It doesn't appear as though that scanner is supported under Mac OS X... No drivers are available anywhere, and it's not a popular enough brand for any to be included in the OS. Sorry! I had an older Canon scanner that wasn't recognized by anything in OSX, so I feel your pain!
