Question about Fans
I have a light swith to connect to a ligth switch the light swith has to cables switch live and live. my fan has three wire L L1 N, this need to go through a fuse spur how do I connect this also should the fuse spur be earthed as when I connect live to fuse spur neutral is live to
Firstly, yes the fused spur should be earthed. You should wire from the fused spur to the fan L,N & E.
Your light switch should be in line on your light live supply wire.
If you wish to use the light switch to turn on the light and fan at the same time you should also run a live switch wire to the fan L1.
This should FixYa.
