Question about HP OfficeJet V40 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I had a paper jam to begin with, I cleared the jam and selected ok. It then gave me an open door error. I opened the door to expose the print cartridges and the print cartridge carrier did not slide to the left on it's own. I unstuck the carrier and then selected ok again. As it went thru the process of restarting, the print cartridge went to the right 2 times and on the 3rd time it got re-stuck. You can hear it "clicking" trying to slide but it can not. Ive checked all over for an object that might be stuck, I can not find anything. Ive also looked for broken pieces but have found none either. I just dont know why it goes to the right and does fine then it gets jamed. Please help I really like this printer. Thank you for your time and suggestions.
