Here is the official link for downloading the requested driver in zip format. Download and save the driver (be patient, it's about 120Mb, so it might take some time), extract the zip file at a folder and run the included setup file. In case of a problem follow the directions described at the readmefile.

The Driver link supports both Windows 2000 and Windows XP. All you do is extract the ZIP file. (And either run the setup, or located driver to directory where you extracted via Device Manager-Update Drivers)
i have the same video card with the same problem. first off download the .zip version of your driver. Extract it on your desktop. then go to Start, Control Panel, System, Then Device manager. Once in device manager look for Display Adapters. right click on it then where it says standard tvga driver right click and then go to update driver. Choose Browse My computer, Then let me pick, then select have disk. go to browse and find the display folder located in the nvidia folder you extracted onto your desk top.
select the nvdha.inf file. then open it. scroll down the certificate list untill you see the first certicate for your video card then install. This is video only. its the same run down with your HD audio file the trick is use the .inf files. the hd you have to manually change in your sound option when uing hdmi
