i have a hartell auto condensate pump which this time of yearisservicing the humidifier (also drains from central air unit insummer). noticed puddles on floor, and the unit's not shutting off, butnowater was coming through the drain tubing. the fan continues torunconstantly, so i'm assuming the motor is working and there is aclogsomewhere?

- thanks, i removed the pump and cleaned and tested it in the laundry sink, and it pumps, and also switches off, so it looks like the tubing might be the problem, which is nice because it's the cheapest part of the system. going out to hardware store, wish me luck!
