If you take the camera card out you will find a lock on the side of it, looks like thiscobra 6.0 megapixels camera - dff09d5.jpg once unlocked you can use the card.

I bought a cobra camera at a yard sale and it has the cobra digital insignia in the view window and says it is busy. What is going on? Anything I can do to fix?

If you can get to the camera's menu do a factory default reset. Otherwise, if the memory card can be removed try another one and format it in the camera.

PROTECTED CARD CANNOT DELETE PICTURE

SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

I have a fujifilm 12.0 megapixel camera .it has a fujifilm 2gb memory card and it keeps saying protected card, could you tell me why its doing this

The card is most likely an SD card which has a lock on the side of it to protect pictures from deletion sometimes this switch gets pushed in the wrong direction. I'm including a "generic" picture/diagram of this switch.

Also you will need to format the memory card before it will work properly and be totally compatible with the camera you will need to look in your camera manual for this information. You didn't give me the model of the camera or I would have been able to direct your to the correct page. Once the memory card has been formatted everything should work just fine.
