Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

The blue and the red colour do not line up. converging still does not fix the problem

First shut the set off. Then press the channel up and volume up this should get you into the service menu where you can reset the convergence. if it doesnt reset then you might have a cuircit problem/ WARNING...The service menu adjustments can and will cause the set to shut down. i really dont suggest getting into this but if you do be careful not to mess around to much. the convergence is spread across three diffrent cuircit boards. Question you can ask before you attempt any adjustment is when you try manual adjustment does the crosshairs move left or right up or down. on either the red or blue at all if they do the chances are good it can be fixed without replacing any parts..... i am here to help so if you have anymore questions let me know.

Im having colour problems with my phillips 43in hdtv blue and red lines across the screen tried to aligne but didnt help any ideas wat i can do

This sounds like convergence output IC problem. convergence board would have to be removed - remove and replace 2 STK IC's and check the surrounding resistors. Shops usually $200-$400 Be sure to vote/rate me if this helped Thanks!

The colours on my set seem to be out of alignment,

you can try adjusting the convergence using the remote, if auto convergence and manual won't straighten the red out you will need the convergence ICs replaced

It sounds like the color wheel has gone bad and needs to be replaced. This is located behind the back panel... replacing a new colour wheel will solve ur problem

This is a convergence problem. It happens to all big screen rear projectors. The convergence output ic's need to be replaced. I would let a repair man do this.

Red Curvy Lines across top of screen (Unable to converge)

It sounds like a convergence problem to me also. The average cost to repair this TV is around $450.00-$500.00.

Call another service company that is factory authorized to service your TV. Also, try calling your manufacture and explaining your concerns and ask if will pay for repair or at least for the parts. Have model, serial numbers and purchase date at hand.

Red/green drooping L top corner

i have found when samsangs convergence are out of range perfect focus will fail. if the are out of range a technician will try to adjust the set in service mode. store these values and then this will be the base for the perfect focus. If the set has a bad convergence cuircit then they have to be replaced.
