Printing in process but my printer doesnt print

I recently changed my laptop and I am trying to use my old printer.
I have downloaded from the manufacturers website the software but when I am trying to print, while everything looks fine, USB ports etc. as well as it shows in my document printing queue that the printer does print it actually DOESNT! Nothing comes out! I restarted my computer, I switched off and restart the printer but nothing is changing!
What can I do?
My printer is a HP Deskjet 5150 series!
