Go to the video call option and troubleshoot that your camera is properly working or not, also check the internet connection because video call cannot runs smoothly on a low speed internet connection.

My vivitar experience image manager wont install it says i am not connected to internet but i am can you please help

Consider NOT using the Vivitar software.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa.

When i try using the software the computer says that i am not connected to the internet but i am connected to the internet

I would suggest that you instead download and install Google Picasa ans use that to manage and retrieve images from your digital cameras. I would not suggest using the software that came with the camera.
http://picasa.google.com
Picasa is a superior photo management and retrieval program to anything else available for free from the Internet.

Camera will not turn on.When I put in on the charge dock the light blinks but it never charges. If I press photos on the charger the camera comes on and displays photos. It still wont come on without being...

the cameras rechargeable battwery is worn out, so it will no longer hold a charge, open the battery compartment door, and remove the battery, then copy the information on the battery and purchace a new one that is identical to the old one at a specialist battery store, or off of the internet, then connect the new battery to the camera and charge it

My PC wont recognise the F11 is connected.

One suggestion is to update your camera firmware it may solve your problem. below is the report from the web: Firmware Update for FinePix F10 - Windows Purpose of File: This Firmware (Ver.1.02) update will revise the internal software of the FinePix F10 digital camera. Installation of this update is optional. It incorporates the following nhancements: 1) Correction of English displayed on the LCD monitor 2) Updates the compatibility of the PictBridge function with some printers 3) Correction of an error that would not allow some computers to start up if the camera was connected and turned on. follow the below link to get the firmware: http://www.cameratown.com/firmware/index.cfm/hurl/pid|43870011
