Tracking numbers are different every time. Thats how they track individual packages. If they were the same they wouldn't know where they were. Call Kodak and verify. It is hard to get them to exchange most of the time as they are very greedy and stubborn even when the problem has been for months. They usually want to make sure the print head works that you have.
