Question about Televison & Video
My 9150T switches itself on in the middle of the night. The standby and recording lights are on. The only way I can clear this is to effectively re-boot the machine by switching it off at the wall because the remote control will not function during this time. When I check my recording schedule, there is nothing there to be recorded at that time of night and when I check the recorded programs there is nothing there either. Please help.
Many PVRs are updated at around 3:00am (software and/or EPGs).
Check you HUMAX settings - I think there IS a way of turning off auto-update.

I think the PVR is trying to update the software but is obviously unable to do so.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
