If you want to eject the CD you need to look on the front of the Blu-Ray drive for a small hole, about the size of a pencil-lead. If you open a paper clip and insert it, it should pop the drive open for you.
I'm sorry that the disc tray is not ejecting. Please check whether you're able to locate a small hole under the tray opening area. If one available, please insert a pin and it will eject manually now..
The most common reason for the player opening and closing itself is a bad drive. The following website sells the drives and does installs:
This drive should fix any reading issues you are having with your player, or issues inserting your games or ejecting them (or lack thereof). This is the entire DVD drive assembly mechanism replacement for your player including a new laser. If your discs are not ejecting, or you cannot insert a disc -- or you can insert a disc but it will not load, this is what you need to get your player going again! Hope this helps...
Step1There are a few ways to get your dvd/cd drive release itself. The first thing you should try is shut your equipment completely off for a couple of minutes allowing it to cool down. Once you turn it back on try to press the release button on your equipment.
Step2If that does not work try to use a very thin flat tip screwdriver. Insert in on one of the sides of the dvd/cd drive and try to pull it out softly while pressing the eject button simultaneously. Do not force it out but give enough pressure while pressing the eject button.
Step3More than likely inserting a screwdrive should release the dvd/cd drive. You can also try a butterknife as well just don't use to much force. Something else to check for is to make sure the power is acutally on for the device. If you are trying to open a drive that is not even on it will never open up for you.
YOUR DVD PLAYER HAS THE PROBLEM WITH THE LENS INSIDE THE UNIT. THE ONE WHO READ THE CD'S. YOU HAVE TO ADJUST THE TWO SMALL ADJUSTMENT AT THE BACK OF THE LENS OR IN THE SIDE OF IT. AFTER ADJUSTMENT, IF THE PROBLEM STILL THERE, THEN YOU HAVE TO REPLACE A NEW LENS. KIMTECH....firstname.lastname@example.org
