Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
It sounds like there is ink on your rollers. If you can get to them, then try cleaning them with a lint free cloth and a little water. Don't use anything like nail varnish remover or anything alcohol based - it may damage the rubber. I'm not sure what model printer you have, so cannot tell you how to access the rollers - but it may be easier if you take out the paper tray, and lift the lid.
