PC/Notebook Sound Problems!!

Hi,

You might have seen many Query Regarding Sound Problems. You never know, what might be the exact reason without checking all the Details. I could Provide you with Simple Generic Steps for all Window User's :-

1. If you are Unable to Listen to the Sound, Use the same Speakers on another set to make sure, that the Speakers are working fine. Once confirmed, Use Headphone in another Jack/USB slot to make sure that jack is fine.Make sure that the Connections are Tight and Well secured.

2. Basic Settings - You need to make sure that the Basic Setting are all set and fine. You could open the Sound Settings by Selecting Right Click and then Selecting Open option. You could also access the same by :-

Start > Control Panel > Sound > Adjust Sound Volume ( For Vista and Higher Versions )

Start > All Programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Volume Control

Now, If problem persists, there is a Corrupt Driver/File that is causing PC/Notebook to react in such manner.

The best way to Fix this is SYSTEM RESTORE

Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tool > System Restore

Select an Old Date that you could see and continue with the Procedure. Once Restore it would make restore all the Files that would FIX the problem.

Now,

In case, if the System Restore Does Not Work, in that Case, you need to Delete and Reinstall All the Drivers.

Check the Configuration of Your PC/Notebook and You could locate Drivers online. There are so many Sites that Offer Drivers.Few of them would be :-

http://www.download.com
http://www.brothersoft.com

If unable to find the Driver on the above site, you could search it Online using Google or Yahoo search engine.

To Perform this, you could Right Click the Computer Icon on your Desktop. Then select, Properties.A new window would open.Click on Device Manager on the Upper Right Hand Side of the Window.Click on Sound, Video and Game Controllers.Right click on Realtek High Definition Audio and Select Uninstall.

The above Procedure is For Vista. For Other Window Operating System, You might see option Sound . You need to Uninstall that.

Then, you could use the CD that was Given at the time you purchase the PC/Notebook - Driver's CD - to install the Driver's once again.

You could use the above 2 sites as well for Driver's as well. If problem persists, you might have Bad Sound Card.

Call Professional on site to Fix this!!

Thanks.
