Question about Philips GoGear HDD1830 MP3 Player
I was just trying to put songs on here from the computer and it was working fine. than the next time i tried it, it said that the device was operating slowly and to reset it well i did and it still won't work
This player works poorly on low battery. First, try recharging it all the way. Make sure the memory is not nearly full by deleting a couple of songs off of it. If the problem persists, do a Repair using the Philips Device Manager. Warning: Do not use this player on a computer running either Windows Media Player 11 or Windows Vista - it will cause the device not to work properly (making this a near-obsolete player).
