Ummmm im not to sure but try some of these things, if the cell phone has a computer mode, this will need to be engaged. should be in the tools menu. the phone should have a connectivity option or sync option in settings or tools, use these and select usb/pc or whatever it says. once itz pluged in go into my computer to see if the phone is being detected. then you should be able to browse your phones files and transfer media.

Hello,

Yes you can download the photos from your motorola to your PC in three ways:

1. If your Motorola has bluetooth and your PC too has bluetooth, you can turn on your bluetooth on both devices to be able to transfer your photos.

2. If your Motorola has a USB cable you can also transfer your photos by simply plugging your USB cable to your PC and access the Memory card to copy your photos.

3. Or you can simply remove the Memory card from your Motorola and slot it into the memory card reader on your PC to transfer the photos

Regards.

Transferring photos from sony ericsson k510i to vista pc

The sony site says:"You can transfer photos from a phone to a computer via a USB cable. In the computer, the phone will be visible as a removable drive to which you can drag and drop or cut/copy and paste your photos. You can use the predefined folder structure in the phone, or add new folders if you wish."
more details here
you can download software for your phone here
hope it helps!
