Question about Samsung TXN3071WHF 30" TV
There is a high pitch sound coming from the television. This is not coming from the speakers. I have turned the volume to lowest level (0) and muted the speakers. I have turned off the entertainment system. The sound appears to come from the rear of the cabinet. It is a constant high pitch sound that starts within a couple of minutes after the television is turned on. The television is approximately 1 year old and has worked fine. The sound started today. The sound is high pitched, constant, and somewhat "fuzzy" sounding - almost like an electrical component having issues. Any ideas?
I think its the flyback and its starting to leak. this is a component responsible for the high voltage of your tv set. always observe safety in dealing with this. Have it check by a qualified technician. Good luck!
