SOURCE: Kenmore mini fridge freezes all contents even when

Your mini has no timer , heater , bimetal . It has to be defrosted manually . The freezing is caused by a bad thermostat . This small aluminum tube is connected to the bottom of the freezer coil . If you can pull out the thermostat body ( piece with the knob ) and look for a small hole where a small screwdriver can be inserted , you may can try turning the inside small screw clockwise to raise the operating temp . If not , replace the mini . Est $100.00 .

three things you have to check your defrost timer, your defrost thermostat, and your defrost heater you would need to use a multimeter on all three of these and check for continuity between each side of the terminal ends the one that gives you no continuity is the one that you would need to replace hope this helps
