I purchased a Tungsten-Palm from Best Buy in Lafayette, La. I had it about a month and had used it to keep the stats at my high schools basketball games. I don't know what exactly happened but my screen had some dark areas on one side of the screen. I thought something may have happened to the screen, but i put off returning it and opted to use my personal palm treo phone to continue keeping the stats. I never really got a chance during the season to return the palm. When I finally did bring it back to Best buy they told me there was nothing they could do. They recommended i see someone at Geek Squad, but they to told me there was nothing they could do. I spent $200 of my schools money and used the palm for about eight games of statistics.
