Some paper got stuck recently

Dear Winsor Family,

It sounds as though you still have a small peice of paper caught in the auto sheet feed assembly. This is the part just behind the carriage rail. This is not an issue that any body other than a canon technician can fix. It will most likely involve the stripping down of the unit and the consequent re aligning of the asf. this can only be done by a trained technician.
