Sharp Tech Support said clean drum surface with wadded-up paper. (The drum initially appeared a little dirty, but wiped clean with dry cloth) Using paper left fine-line scratches along the surface of the drum and the lines continued to print on the page.
If the drum already been scratched out,so there is no solution to repair it,u have to change the drum.before change the drum check the copier glass surface if any dry up material, wipe it with dry cloth.
