If the set is 3d or colors skewed look to see if set has "magic focus" which is auto convergence---it may or may not help. Also look in customer menu for convergence to see if you can call it up with the remote-----a set with this: if red or blue lines will not move in some direction(not adjust) one of the two stk convergence chips is bad.

Kits are available and it can be a do it yourself repair---look first to see if convergence will not adjust and if you have that let me know if you need advice----for example: red will move up/down but not left right.
