Question about Vacuums
I have an Everstar stic vac and there is a Customer Service number "sticker" on the back of my Manual. The number is 866-876-4332

I have the same stick vac and it is still running fine. I use it
regularly, but mostly as a hand vac. Even been using it during
construction to pick up dust and small debris. I also have 2 dogs that constantly shed, so its
handy to **** up hair. So far it works well. I did follow all the
recommended instructions for initial charging, and still do...only
recharge when charge is empty. I actually let it run until dead before
As for the filter, I always remove it and give it a good rap on the edge of the trash can. When it gets overly dusty, I rinse all the parts in warm water and let them air dry. I have used this process of rinsing hand vac filters on previously owned hand vacs, and have never had one wear out.
Unfortunately, I can't help with the customer service issue; but for $20 I won't complain when it dies.
