Plz try with another slot if available, if you can check the video card in another board if it is working ther then your motherboard slot is faulty , clean it and try

I just installed windows 7 but the transparency doesnt work what video drivers do i need for ms-6524 motherboared can u provide me a link with the needed drivers

It doesn't work because the integrated video chip (SiS 650) doesn't meet the minimum requirement -  Dx9 compatible (it's barely Dx8 compatible).
You need a separate video card for that.

Is DFI AK75-AL compatible with 128Mb/128 bit video card?

Yes, the DFI AK75-AL motherboard has a VIA KT-133A chipset which is compatible with a FX5200 videocard, but not at the full 8x AGP speed (as the videocards supports) but only at 4x AGP speed (maximum speed supported by the motherboard).

PS: Make sure you use the newest motherboard BIOS en VIA chipset drivers to ensure compability.

P4VM890 + new videocard! No boot up!

welcome to fixya

Well i never did it that way but ok

your going to have to reboot the computer with the reboot disk ,,

once thats done turn off computer and install the video card and then also insert the drivers disk that came with the video card
this should work has for me and i have done 100s of video cards
Although if you bought a good video card and still have a 400w power supply your going to run into trouble make sure you have a 500w power suplpy or better to run a good video card ,,,,,

i hope this helps you out have a good day:)

Motherboards' video card slot was damaged,

If you don't use your pc for gameing, assumeing the motherboard still works!

you could buy a PCI video card
http://www.si87.com/Products/Videocards/agpvspci/agp-or-pci-or-isa.jpg

Here is a example card you could buy
http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-ATI-Radeon-64MB-DDR-Dual-Head-VGA-PCI-Video-Card_W0QQitemZ230237362135QQihZ013QQcategoryZ3762QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Before you buy, make sure the motherboard works! becouse if the motherboard is too damaged it wont work at all and you would waste your money on a pci card.
