Question about GE Spectra JGBP35 Gas Kitchen Range
I have a 2 year old dual-fuel Jade commerical range. The oven is electric. Recently the oven takes a long time to preheat. After 20 minutes the temp reads 225 degrees. After 55 minutes it barely reaches 325 and never really recovers after food is placed in the oven. Any ideas what can be wrong, or is it my imagination? The repairman says nothing is wrong; that I'm expecting too much from this appliance. Please provide som insight and guidance. Thank you
As i read the problem i see a point of intrest that As2871910 missed the ove is ELECTRIC not gas so please respond to questions you know and don't be a ********

You can increase the sides of the flame, by opening the orifice inside the oven, the location is where the burner sits on, what supplies gas to the burner. that will speed up the time.
