Using the following website, I was EASILY able to figure out how to use my Chefmate 725k bread machine even though I didn't have a manual.
By the way, the Chefmate 725k holds 16 cups of water which means that it should be able to make a 2.5 lb loaf of bread (though I've never tried to make a loaf that big). If I'm making one loaf of bread, baked in the machine, I'll generally make a 1.5lb loaf. But more often than not, I just use the bread machine to knead and raise 2 lbs of dough. Then I remove the dough (with rubber spatula) cut it into two equal parts, and then put the two pieces of dough into separate 5" x 8" x 2.5" bread pans (if I want a traditional shaped rectangular loaf of bread) or on a cookie sheets in round or oval shapes.
