Paper jamed on the printer. cleared it and we still cannot print. It comes up "out of paper" -- removed the paper and insterted again and it still comes up the same. How can I clear that.

Throw this thing out as it is clearly rubbish. HP inkjet printers will **** the life and money out of you. Get a Brother HL-2170W and you will have care free printing for cheap.

Printer won't feed paper

Your paper is with excess of moisture. Try to keep the paper in a peper dryer, and do not use to leave the sheets not used in the printer, keep them in a dryer, or a dry place.
