Legacy SD Media SDSC (Standard Capacity)
See below. You should look for the blue type and slowest speed available and upto a max of 16gb. SDHC and other types or higher capacity and speed will not be compatible.

I recently bought the vivitar 7024 and bought an sd card lexar multi use 4 gb. For some reason when I take photos and try to look at the pics it says no file exist. But when I take the sd card out and I...

Apparently, you have pics on the camera's internal memory. Your card won't work until those pics are gone. Here's how...with no card in the camera, go into the menu and find "format" and follow the on-screen instructions to erase the internal memory. Then, insert your card and it should work.

Hi,
The polaroid i830 does not have a good in built memory so u cannot take more than 2 pictures at a resolution of 8 mega pixels and 16mb is as good as no memory :-)
So, either you need to buy a SD card (I have 2 GB working perfectly fine with my i830) or reduce the resolution to VGA.
Steps:
1. Switch on the camera.
2. Push the button below 'M'.
3. You will find the option of resolution, select VGA.

You can now store upto 30 images.

4 GB doesnt work

I believe this camera only supports SD/MMC cards, not SDHC cards. Go to the kodak site to see the detailed specs. Not all devices support SDHC - most new ones do - but some only support the older SD cards.

Digital Camera no work

Make sure you use an SD card that has a capacity that is no higher than 2GB. That camera is not compatible with higher capacity SDHC cards.
