Question about Whirlpool Cabrio WTW6600SBT Top Load Washer
Hi, I'm having the same problem with my Whirlpool Cabrio as you previously had. Once it hits the drain/spin cycle it starts to hum and the timer is stuck on 9 minutes. What was the solution to your problem? Did you have to call a repair man? What was the cost of the repairs?
It sounds like the motor coupler is broken. Tilt the washer back &look on the floor for rubber or plastic shavings. This would indicatethat the motor coupler has failed. Another possibility would be thetransmission or drive block.
Unfortunately you need service for this repair!
