Tip & How-To about Apple iPod nano 3rd Generation

Dead Ipod

If your ipod won't turn on, this usually means it is dead. This happens when you think you turn it off, but it is really still on. The screen is black, but if you look closley, it may still be on. It uses all of the battery, and then when you go to turn it on, your sad because it won't, and you can't listen to your valuable music. I have had first hand experiance. This happened to me before, and I thought it was broke. I was listening to it when I arrived at my destination, and I thought I turned it off, and I put it in my pocket. Later that day when I went to listen to it, it wouldn't turn on at all. My ipod was dead. For future ovoidance, put the hold switch on. To fix this:
1. Hold the pause button for five to ten seconds until the apple symbol appears on your ipod.
2. Immeadility put it in your docking station before it goes away.
3. Your ipod will turn on, and it will start charging.

I hope this helps.
