Your cpu goes up cos you have programs running in the backgrund. Nothing unusal whit that
It can be nod32 working or windows running its own programs or your adaware or something else. Dont whory, its normal
You can see some of the programs running in the backgrund by pressing "run" in the start menu, then type "msconfig" and OK, check under the flap "Autostart" , you will see a list on programs who starting upp whit your windows, you can tick off those programs that you dont want to start whit windows
