Your stove is 220 volts, the lights, clock and controls, they work on 110 volts, and when there is a short on the 220 part of the stove, the elements work on 110 volts.that's the reason they only get warm. there is a short in your stove.

My frigidaire range/oven model FEF365BWC is not working the surface and the oven are both not heating up. Everything other than that are working the oven light and the clock are working fine

You are not getting 240 volts to the heating elements. Go outside to the circuit breaker panel and find the circuit breaker for the range. It will be two breakers with their reset handles linked together so if one breaker trips so will the other. That's the part that isn't working correctly. Only one is tripped allowing the controls and lights to operate . Try manually resetting it. It most likely won't work, so you'll have to replace the circuit breaker.

Top and bottom heating element does not work on Frigidaire electric range ES300

Usually when both elements are not working and everything else is working fine, the problem is your OCU (oven control unit), commonly known to consumers as the clock.
The clock controls the oven and most times does not produce an error code when it fails.
You will need the actual model number from a sticker located on the oven frame when you open the bottom drawer, the sticker will have the model and serial number clearly listed.
Do a Google search for that model number and find the clock.
I've provided a link for what probably is the proper clock but without the full model number I can't say for sure:

I have a whirlpool electric glass top stove (model # rf364pxpq ). our electricity went out for only a moment, and when it came back on, the control panel is blank and the oven doesnt turn on. the stove top...

I just encountered the same problem. Power surge during storm caused the control panel to go blank. I removed the panel to get the part number. Reinstalled control panel and it started working. Below are the steps 1) Turn off breaker 2) Unplug unit 3) Remove rear panel 4) Unplug all connections to control panel 5) Wait 5-minutes 6) Reconnect all wires in reverse order 7) Install rear panel 8) Plug in unit 9) Switch breaker to on position Control panel came on, set clock and all oven functions worked.

No response from the oven control panel.....no lights, clock, nothing Stove top controls work fine.

The Electronic Range Control (ERC), also known as an Electronic Oven Control (EOC), controls all the features of the oven. This is your clock/timer assembly. The surface burners work independently of the oven and usually have electrode type igniters that get their power from a spark module. Since you mentioned your clock display is blank, more than likely you have a defective ERC board. The following link explains how to replace one:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3727366-replacing_control_kitchen_range

A replacement control board can be purchased from any of the following webistes:

searspartsdirect.com
pcappliancerepair.com
appliancepartspros.com
repairclinic.com

Prices vary between sites, so shop and compare. The first three sites listed also have helpful exploded view parts illustrations to assist you with locating and properly identifying the parts you may need.

NOTE: In most cases the overlay (preprinted plastic display covering with all the numbering and lettering on it) does NOT come with the control board. If your overlay is still in good condition, it can be easily removed from the old control board and reapplied to the new one. Just make sure you properly orient the overlay so the buttons all match up. If you need to replace your overlay, you may need to order it separately. Read the part descriptions carefully to see what your replacement parts include.

The part number for a replacement ERC is 316455400, the overlay (if required) is 316220701 for BLACK. The parts are listed as items 20 and 20A, respectively, under the "Backguard" parts listing.

If you have any questions, please post back with your complete MODEL NUMBER and let me know. I hope this helps you.

Elements and light in stove work but clock and stove do

The issue would have to be in the clock or the power wire going to the clock.

The clock controls the power to the oven elements and there are no fuses or other devices to control the elements.

My oven and stove top in inoperative. the clock,

If everything checks out fine, and you have no wires grounding out, then the issue is the control or circuit board( same thing).

Frigidaire Range control panel DEAD

We tested the EOC and it will indeed need a replacement. Also, just a couple weeks prior we ran the "clean" mode on the oven as did another poster who experienced the "pop" and loss of the control board/oven function, but still had stove top function.
