Re: My sidekick fell in water , like normal water . And...

Ok, You need some assistance for that. You should get some precision screws and unscrew your mobile. The get a hair drier and put it on (Hot) or the Red button and start drying the Main board of your Sidekick. But be careful with unscrewing your device, as you may forget some screws.

My sidekick wont get service

Maybe it's because you're phone might off turned off and you didn't know. Because, if a sidekick turns off, normally when it comes back on everything is gone.

My phone fell into a pool then only the trackball

im so sorry for this inconvienience, f you didnt automatically remove the battery after dropping it in the pool then you are almost surely out of luck. leaving the battery out is key, after that take it to an electronics repair store and have them to dry it out and spray electrical parts cleaner on it! this helps it evaporate water and prevent oxidation (which is conductive) after they have finished your phone could work for the next two years!

Remove the battery. Place it in a bowl full of white rice to whick away the moisture. Wait 24 hours and try again.
By using it before the phone is dry, it can cause permanent damage to the device!

Texting & Trackball problem!

Try a quick clean on your trackball

1: Take a deep breath and blow on the trackball area, rotate and do it again. This may blow any particles that are blocking the sensors. If you spit a lot, make sure you have a handy wipe nearby!
2: This requires a Q-tip and some alcohol. Turn off your sidekick, wet the end of the q-tip, and gently clean the trackball while rotating. Use the dry tip of the q-tip to dry off and clean again with another alchohol dipped swab. Let dry for a minute and try it out. If this doesn’t work then try again.

Your sidekick is trying to autotext for you.
Go into settings choose autotext and spelling, and turn off the auto complete.
