Question about Motu Traveler (8250) Audio Input
I am trying to chain a motu to an alesis adat, to expand the outputs via lightpipe..
do i have to click some kind of command switch because the outputs are not coming up automatically in Logic..i.e does the sequencer ned to 'be told' that the adat is chained in?

You have to goto motu audio/midi setup an config the optical output to adat and make sure you set the sample rate to 48000 and check your setting in audio/midi setup in your system preference under mac this should solve the problem.
