Is it a new product of Works?
The key should be on the packaging of the software.
If so, Microsoft should be able to help you get that straightened out..

If it is the trial version of Office 2007 that comes preinstalled with new machines, then unless you have a valid key that you purchased, it will not take.

I need a link to download archlib.dll

Hi, go to: Control Panel; Uninstall / Repair Programs; click on, (Repair). Try to repair the program first. If the probems still exist; Search Online (Microsoft archlib.dll), or it maybe be better to uninstall the whole Microsoft Works Suite program. Reinstall MS Works Suite; reboot computer.
