Question about SimpleTech SimpleDrive Portable USB 2.0 80GB 5400rpm 480Mbps USB 2.0 USB 2.0 External (STIUSB2580FT) Hard Drive
My husband bought a Simpletech, 80gb portable hard drive so i could back up my cell phone information. The box was opened - and we have missplaced the software and instructions - what can we do to make it work? ( It has not been used as yet.)
Please help - thanks

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Windows media player is probably right because you have moved the music to another location. You might need to rebuild the library.
Use Windows Explorer to check that the music is on the new drive.
Can I also recommend downloading Winamp to play your music, It's free, sounds better and doesn't spy on you!
