Can you clarify what you mean?
are you using different type of paper of the print is not crisp?
Well u can try update its driver

Try changing the print quality, when you print, select file, print, then printing prefrences, look at the printing preferences and change the quality setting or possibly speed, i honestly can't remember what it says right now, but change it to quality or high this will take more time to print but the results should be better, if wouldbe great if you could scan pictures of the print outs for us so we would see more of the problem, thanks
The printer needs servicing.as the dust particles have been collected in the rollers thast r blocking the fluency of the rollers. but u can use it and print no problem.
Depends on the type of paper you are trying to print on. If it is a heavy card stock it tends to **** the ink out faster than regular paper. If not, clean your print heads or change the print cartridge.

I am very pleased to say that changing the paper back to normal does print ok. but I am still very disappointed that I cannot make normal cards as I at no stage wanted to do any more than just make a couple of personal cards and had purchased the facilities online to do so and the card paper was certainly not very heavy. I however thank you very sincerely for your help but it was obviously not meant to be.Cheers and Happy Christmas & New Year.
