Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How do I delete admin account on a MacBook?

You have to have another account on the machine. System Preferences>Users>Click on the lock if it is locked, and type in the admin password. From here, you can add or remove users.
If you want to remove this because you don't have the admin password, for example removing a previous owner from a used laptop you've purchased legally, you can boot from the OSX disc and change the password through the menu bar there.

Locked out admin disabled

First, go here and download the ISO.
http://home.eunet.no/pnordahl/ntpasswd/
Download that program and burn it to a CD-R.
Then put it into the PC with the login problem and boot from it.
Follow the on screen instructions and you can reset the Administrators account & password with this tool.
Its pretty easy to do so I doubt you will have any trouble. Just follow the on-screen instructions.
Then reboot without the CD in the PC and you should be able to login as the Admin with no password.

Im running winds vista and the two admin accnt have been deleted by my son now all i can get is winds cannot access the specified device path or file you may not have the appropriate permissions to access...

Hi there. You will probably need to set another one up. You will need to boot your system up in Safe Mode.

To do this, turn the system on and keep pressing the F8 key. This will bring you to the Advanced Settings menu. Choose Safe Mode. When the welcome screen loads, choose Administrator, and press enter. Now all you should need to do is to set up a new admin account from the Control Panel.

If this doesn't work. Go back into Safe Mode and use System Restore to take it back to an earlier state before the accounts were deleted. This can be found by right-clicking on My Computer and choosing Properties. Or it can also be found in Control Panel.

Let me know if these work

Password jam

hey,
There is a way by which you can login in into your administrator account..if i.e you have not put a password in your main admin accnt which comes during the OS setup

start the comp in safe mode.
go to control panel users..
you shud se the default admin accnt and your own admin accnt... simply change the password/ delete your admin accnt
now exit safe mode and reboot in normal ... recreate your admin accnt
