Question about Nintendo Pokemon Diamond for DS
I don't know what my daughter did last night while playing her Nintendo DS dogs game, but now her main menu that used to come up when you turned it on doesn't work anymore - the place where you select what game you want to play if you have both types of games in the system: Example: Nintendo Dogs in the DS slot and Hasbro games in the GameBoy slot. When the DS is turned on and she pushes start what ever DS game is in the slot automatically starts now. I found the work around for her to be able to play GameBoy games - she just has to take out her DS game, but is there a way to get the start up menu back????
Take out all of the games in the ds then the menu should come up then click the little ds picture at the bottom. that will take you to another menu. click on the wrench in the pink box, then click the top box which has an arrow pointing into a box. click the top box which says manual mode then press confirm. the ds will go off then when you turn it on it should go to the menu even with a game in. hope this helps! =)

I have found a solution: turn off the Nintendo, then hold down the top of the two small buttons (the start button) while you switch on and it boots up. Then hey presto! the menu reappears.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
