Question about Vintage Lullaby Nest Crib
I'd suggest you contact your local health department and ask if they have someone there who could test the paint or if they have lead test kits available.

It is possible that the paint used on the crib did infact contain lead. "Lead" paint was deemed unsafe and banned from use in 1978. Best way to check this is to go to your local hardware store and request a lead test kit. Follow the instructions as each test can be different. Hope this helps.
