Seems to originate from Shock mounts at bottom
Could be ball joints or lower control arm bushings.
You can try soaking the bushings with wd40 and see if the squeak goes away temporarily.
Testimonial: "WD40 did help with Sueaking"
It is the lower ball joints. To find out punch a small hole in the rubber booth and take a can of penetrating oil with the spigot on it and put the spigot through the hole ... lube it very well.... let it spray inside the rubber booth very well. If that stops the squeak than take a grease gun needle and put all the grease you can inside the rubber booth. Dry the rubber booth where the hold is and seal it with clear finger nail polish.
I have had to replace balljoints and outer tyerod 2 times in the three years I have had my Dakota and when they are bad they squeak badly

This sounds like a bad hub bearing .It will come as a unit. bearing and hub together .most likely the left side!
