Could be ball joints or lower control arm bushings.
You can try soaking the bushings with wd40 and see if the squeak goes away temporarily.

It is the lower ball joints. To find out punch a small hole in the rubber booth and take a can of penetrating oil with the spigot on it and put the spigot through the hole ... lube it very well.... let it spray inside the rubber booth very well. If that stops the squeak than take a grease gun needle and put all the grease you can inside the rubber booth. Dry the rubber booth where the hold is and seal it with clear finger nail polish.

2006 dodge charger front end squeaking

First you need to check your outer tie rod ends, then you need to check your lower control arm bushings also you will need to look at the sway bar bushings. That is what I have found worn out on my 2006 dodge daytona charger

How do i prevent the front shock from turning on a 1998 dodge dakota? 4 cylinder, 2 wheel drive. It seems impossible to access the flat on the shock rod!

There is a socket sold, for the ends of shocks.
If you can install it,you can hold and tighten the top nut.
Shocks have been like that for 40 years.
If your removing it,cut the nut with your cut off wheel.

2006 Dodge Dakota Sqeeking to almost grindind noise coming from under front drivers side. recently replaced outer tie rod ends and left front hub assembly. What now?

Have your brake checked, also check the backing plate in back of brake rotor, could have gotten bent while working on it. Good Luck

My 1995 Dodge Stratus is making a noise coming from the front end

Sounds like it is time for some ball joints. There is no way to grease them, and when they start squeaking, it is time for replacement. Do both upper and lower on the side that is squeaking.
