Unable to install turboc++ in new mother board with 2.0 dual core

NEW MOTHER BOARD WITH INTEL DUAL CORE2.0 PROCESSOR.
IT WORK PORPERLY BUT ONLY TURBOC++ NOT INSTALL.I HAVE UNZIP TURBOC++ FILE IN C: AND DOUBLE CLIK IN TC.EXE FILE IN BIN DIRECTROY ONLY A BLUE SCREEB APEAR FOR A MOMENT .BUT C++ NOT WORK. I HAVE WINDOW XP SERVICE PACK 2 OPERATING SYSTEM.

have you tried speaking to borland support? they may have a resolution for this

If I were you, I'd use dev-c++ or MS Visual C++ exprees, both are freely available on the Internet and are excellent IDE's for programming in C++.
