If one of theses messages appear :

- "Contact Service Provider"
- "Tampert Alter"
- "Wait before enter special Code"
- "Contact Service'

It's because you or somebody already entered too many wrong codes, you just have to leave the Motorola RAZR V3 ON with the errors message and after 40 minutes to 2 hours the message "Enter Code Special" will appear again!

The LCD needs to be replaced, take the phone to a mobile repair center and have them replaced it for you.

yes i think that in the phone you go to option menu in menu settings in setting displays is the option there you have the option to either turn off the display or choose the interval like 1 minute or 2 minute.

go to setting
sellect initial set-up
and select time and date.
you can now set the time and date of your fone...

You need a new flatcable not a flash. That is the connector between the mainboard and screen. It happens afther while that cable tears and doesnt work fine anay more.

yep i have the same problem too. no date display. it displays the date on the outer screen when i flip the phone shut. but not on the main screen when it is open.
