Clarke power washers 150

Need more info:
What fuse? the one at the end of the cord on the pressure washer? Or the circuit breaker on your house?

If it is the one on the cord it may have gone bad. To test replace it with normal plug (non-GFI) and plug it into an outdoor or bathroom GFCI (GFI) outlet. If it still trips that outlet then there is a ground fault in the device which may be minor or major.

If it is a home circuit breaker remember that electric pressure washers use a lot of power - typically 1500 watts. If anything else is plugged in it can trip the house circuit breaker.

No power to wall unit

Have you tried plugging anything else in?

Also does the cord have a GFI breaker on it, or is the outlet a GFI outlet, if those are tripped it will keep power from going to the unit. If they tripped more then likely they got wet, or there is a short circuit.

Otherwise if all that is good circuit breaker would be next to check.

Refrigerators and freezers should not be run on a GFI outlet the it will weaken and start tripping. Most manufacturers now print this in the owners manual.

The Ebara EPPD 3MS1 pump will trip the GFI breaker on the outlet

Will the Gound fault socket (outlet) support the current rating of the pump
is the outlet wired correctly where the return wire is in the correct spot and the high and ground is correct not switched around?
Does the pump run in a standard outlet?
Test it with a heavy duty extention cord if no standard outlet socket is nearby?
Is the pump shaft dragging putting an un necessary load on the motor?

GFI outlet is tripping because of refrigerator in the garage.

Hi: Yes, replace the GFI outlet. A refrigerator should not be plugged into one for what you are experiencing and food loss. This was an easy answer for me, but unfortunately not for you The owners manual covers this, but us men don't read them (Well I had to as I worked with them for 30 years). Good luck, Jeff

Problem with Maytag Chest Freezer model MQC1557aew.

First make sure than the condensing coil in the freezer is clean of dust and dirt(it is behind the grill vent in the bottom side of the freezer where the compresor is) If it is clough brush the dirt off after you unplugit. When is clean wait a few minutes ,5, and plugg it back at the GFI outlet and see if work If still tripped the outlet you may have to replace it.

Trips GFCI receptacle for laundry circuit.

I ran into this problem with a washer this summer. the gfi breaker needs to be replaced. it is weak and trips easily. if you can run an extension cord to an outlet without the gfi andrun your washer, you probably will not have any issues. that is what I found with the washer this summer. when it was plugged into the gfi, itwould trip. but when I had it plugged into a regular outlet, it was fine. Ground fault interrupt (GFI)

I have a Whirlpool Model AD$)DSR1 Dehumidifier, with similar issues. When plugged in where it was operating for three years with no problems, it would trip the gfci within 10 minutes. I have it out in the garage right now with all the covers off, and I've had it running on a heavy duty outlet for about a half hour now. The compressor is too hot to touch (ouch!), and the condenser coils are only cool, when they should be quite cold. I am ready to judge that one of two things has happened: Either the compressor is bad, or the refrigerant has leaked out of the system.
